Yeah, well...
Your skin will probably take on an orange-ish color...
Do not eat all the carrots in one day!!!
The overdose level of vitamin A is 100,000 units per day. You are talking about eating almost 300,000 units of vitamin A over the course of the week just in carrots. If you spread it out evenly, that comes to less than 45,000 units per day, well below OD levels. Symptoms of a vitamin a overdose include hair-loss, itchy-ness, irritability, insomnia, headaches, painful bones and joints. Bad times for sure, but, unless you plan on doing this every week for a month, probably not enough to cause liver damage.
Spread it out and eliminate any other foods that have significant amounts of vitamin A: sweet potatoes, mangoes, spinach, apricots, milk, eggs, cheese, cantelope and liver.
Also, fair warning, 25 pounds of carrots has roughly 300 grams of fiber, or 43 grams of fiber per day if you spread it out evenly. This could either cause constipation or give you diarrhea, depending on your current eating habits. Either way, you will want to make sure to drink lots of water (to keep "loose" or to replace excess water that you lose if you have diarrhea) and stay close to a bathroom.
Vitamin A is fat soluble, so there isn't really a good way to get it out of your system. if it were vitamin C, you could just drink a lot of water. This won't work with vitamin A. The best thing you can do is probably to try to get some exercise and stay as healthy as possible during this week. I won't say what you're doing is dangerous, but it is in your best interest to give yourself some TLC during this week.

Massive over consumption of carrots can cause hypercarotenemia, a condition in which the skin turns orange (although this is superior to overdose effects of vitamin A, which can cause liver damage).
Good luck you'll look like a walking carrot! or a walking more like an walking orange! Don't forget to call your doctor if something came up!

Your skin will look a big orange. People might think you have jaundice, but it's just the natural color of the carrot coming through. I think also that you might have a problem with diarrhea from all that fiber. Diarrhea can be a serious problem and can cause other problems as well. I recommend that you not take on this bet for health reasons.

The good thing about natural foods is that you can never over does on vegetables. You might see a little pigment change but not enought. Just remember if you have a jucier you can drink it and it's really not that bad. Haha good luck!
