11350 HS code is punishible by up to three years in prison, or 1 year in county jail. However, if you have no criminal record, you can be eligible for diversion and that lets you plead, do a program and then the plea is withdrawn and you are never sentenced and the case is dismissed. No charge on your record. If some criminal charges in the past, drug related you can still get Prop 36, which allows you to plead be sentenced and then do programs and then get the case dismissed. You won't be doing any real time.
