You may not imped the flow of traffic. Stay to the right.
If you are carry cargo that requires slow moving, below the speed limit, in many States you must use your 4 way flashers to warn other drivers.

Wide or excessive loads may require signage on the rear of the vehicle.

Most states have a minimum speed limit. It is usually 15 mph below the posted speed limit. You can get a ticket for impeding traffic. Don't know how much the fine would be where you are, but I believe in Washington state it is $101.

Sorry to tell you the truth, but there is a law called obstructing traffic, not a given speed below. Many trucks are governed at 59mph and travel on roads with the regular traffic (4 wheel) at 70mph posted.

most states do not have a mimimum speed except on freeways , however you must not impede traffic , if you need to drive slow , pull over to the right as traffic comes up behind you ,even get off the road when possible and let traffic go

In most places, 10 MPH under the posted speed limit is prohibited. There are signs on freeways to this effect. Slow drivers cause as many, if not more, accidents than speeders because people have to drop their speed quickly to prevent rear-ending them or a fast lane change.

If you are traveling too slow on a highway, you are not only impeding traffic flow, you are also a hazard. You are an easy target for a rear-end collision. Traffic flows safer when the vehicles are traveling similar speeds.
