What is it called when I cant say a complete sentence? Its not stuttering, its something else. In my head, i have a perfect way of how i want to say something, but when it comes out, its not as i planned. The sentences are broken and said totally different. I cannot say a complete sentence nor can is it with proper grammer. It happens all the time whether im nervous or not. so what can i do to start saying perfect sentences and not breaking up?

I have the same thing, it's not fun. I have to concentrate really hard a lot. I dont do too well in english.
