In my town there are 7 United Methodists churches. One of them is Jane's United Methodist Church....it's the church for blacks.
There is a church for the people who agreed with the North, and one for people who agreed with the South....and the blacks had to build their own church because they weren't accepted in either of them.
So are you going to start saying that United Methodists are racist? Doubt it.

Tango, you obviously didn't read my question.
I was asking if you were going to go around and criticizing UMs for being racist...but you proved my point that people will not.

jsfnita,
This is still going on...
No blacks go to the other churches and no whites go to Jane's church.

Although, at the end it has the LDS church...and it says "pastor Casey Ritz" I think it means branch president....but the Ritz' left Keyser a few years ago, so it's not up to date.

We can't take the mark of Cain from blacks...because the mark is their skin.
They're born with that so everyone in Cain's(then after Moses) and Ham's bloodlines is distinguished.
And to imasis2, we NEVER told blacks they were second class, and we do not tell them their being punished for their ancestors.
Having the mark of cain is not a punishment, and we do not punish blacks for being black either!

You would never dream of seeing a mixed Methodist church, nor a pentecostal, and it's really hard to find a mixed baptist congregation, They don't happen in the south.

I have no problem with saying there is a methodist churhc in our town that supports the KKK. They are prejudist. I think the problem with mormons is they let African Americans have the preisthood and then still have the Mark of cain and the curse of the laminites, so it still does not make any sense for a black person to join the church, or even an indian, but they do.
Songs of Solomon 1:6 KJV bible
5 "I am black, but comely, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, as the tents of Kedar, as the curtains of Solomon.
6 Look not upon me because I am black, because the sun hath looked upon me.
mormons do not like others translations of the bible, but I found this one to be interesting, but not authorized by the mormons, its the NIV, S of S 5:11
His head is purest gold; his hair is WAVY and black as a raven.
Do not stare at me because I am dark

There is a lot to your argument that includes fallacies and starts with what I would consider an unfair and illogical comparison. If you conclusion is "I doubt it," then what is the premise of of you question in regards to Mormons, and Methodists? And what is wrong with a cultural group building their own church. What facts can you render to support racist claims?

Well, the methodist's never told African Americans they were going to be second class in heaven and they never told them they were black because they were being punished for their ancestors sins.

How long ago was the civil war? I don't think that is the case now, but I am sure there are a few racists in every clan.

They were, they didn't let Black people have the "priest hood" until 1978 or 1979. They say it was gods will and god punished them with dark sin because of some fight in heaven.......truly strange doctrine! But then anyone that believes in a god that was pleased with animal blood sacrifices(old testament) and then needed Jesus blood to wash sins (new testament)needs to truly think about what it is they have been told to believe.
