I have a membership to a gym. I was looking for something involving dumbells. I know that's spelled wrong. Thanks for the help.

The best workout is playing or practicing hockey drills. Quick on and off the ice with high energy output for short durations will greatly increase upper body strength.

If you gym has equipment by Hammer Strength, there is a few machines by this brand that are great. They offer natural motion but still give you the ability to use the real weights. This line has the 3 different types of bench press, dips, lateral workouts and back excercises. Highly recommend.

you can do dumbell press which is basicly same as the bench press....with dumbells..of course ou can do bicept curls, bench fly...many great exercises with dumbells...i suggest u go read up more at bodybuilding.com
