I can't understand why you have waited this long. What are you waiting for? Contact the office that approved you and took your fees and ask them what the deal is. Go in person. If you get no satisfaction request the phone number and address to their corporate. Call that office immediately and have the contract of approval and proof that they have taken fees ready to fax to them. If that doesn't do it contact the Attorney General and BBB.

Go to your attorny general. If all else fails see if you can have a free consultations with a lawyer in your area. If the fees were application fees no legal action in the world will get those back. If you were approved and they didnt give you the money then there is nothing you can do. As long as it doesnt show on your credit report that you owe them anything and they are not reporting anything then you are okay. I say call them and gripe everyday to then til they get the point that they did approve you and what do they think they are doing jerking you around like this.
