Mispelled but understandable.
It's Spanish and it should be
"Yo quiero tu panocha . Yo tengo hambre chica, mucha hambre".

and it means
" I want your pus.sy. I'm hungry, girl, very hungry"

EDIT = it's hambre (hunger) and not hombre (man)

ugly things.
basically (not literal translation) he wants to ***** you.

"I want your pus.sy???? I have man girl, much man!

It is spanish. Well, not the spanish I wouls like to translate.
There are more polite and nicer ways to say that.
