Your muscles are probably sore because they are salty. Take a nice long bath in hot water. Relax your muscles and fall asleep for 30 minutes as your muscles begin to warm up and feel less sore, dry your self off really well and then massage baby oil on your body it works!!!!!

For a quick fix, take 1 pill of aleve, but don't make a habit out of it. Overusing aleve can lead to kidney problems later. When you have some free time, take a warm bath, spending at least an hour in the tub, cycling the water at a nice, relaxing temprature. Also, try to avoid doing what ever is making you sore, at least until your muscles heal.

stretch more before and after you do whatever it is you do that is making you sore (don't know what that is), make sure your bed is the right firmness for you - that can make you sore. take a bath with epsom salt in it, that helps sore muscles. apply lots of ben-gay or something similar.
