There are no kangaroos living in India except in a zoo or as fossilised remains from many millions of years ago. They are now only found in a natural environment in Australia and Papua New Guinea.

What did you ask this for? Of course there are kangaroos in Australia.

The kangaroo is an Australian icon: it is featured on the Australian coat of arms, on some of its currency, and is used by many Australian organisations, including Qantas.

Yes, but kangaroo populations vary, depending where you are. In open fields/ grazing areas you are more lilely to see them. In cities - only in Zoos in urbanised country areas - on outskirts of towns.

Usually on dusk or in early morning are the best time to see them.
