I am 30 years old and I would like to join the US Navy's officer program when I finish my BS in Legal Studies in 2 years.

at 32 you will be too old for URL, but would be able to go RL. That means IWO, Intell, Supply, PAO. If you wanted to go JAG, you have longer, but you also need the JD and pass the bar exam.

HOWEVER just having a 4 year degree does NOT necessarily make you competitive for a slot. The degree you have is not in demand at the moment, and if you don't have a 3.5 or better GPA, your chances will be even slimmer. IWO takes about 150 a year from ALL commissioning sources, and Intel about the same. PAO even fewer. Supply is more open, but the bigger need is in the Reserves.
