It's Italian, but slightly mispelled phrasing.
Correct options are :
Amici, vi amo = Friends, I love you
Amico, ti amo = Friend, I love you
I guess the first option should definitely be the one you meant since we use this form in Italian but it's really very rare, almost impossible, to hear somebody saying "Amico ti amo" unless in a sarcastic meaning. Ti amo is just deserved to the beloved partner and not to a friend...!!

Amici is a name? if isn't a name, is wrong "amici ti amo" if is a name "amici i love you".
