I'd say once they get more organizes...they could collectively crash all tech support and outsourcing simultaneously.
They might demand higher wages, increase striking or even if a business pulls out, use the infrastructure of that already operation business to build upon.

With the poverty, disease, political corruption, and the inability/unwillingness to separate religion from government, India will NEVER seriously challenge the United States for ANYTHING. How many people there have access to clean, running water? How many of the rural poor get educated, and have a chance for upward mobility? Yes, India is developing a professional class; but the fact that 2/3 of its population is poor on a level that is unknown in the First World means that the country will never really become a financial power on the world's stage.

Just like the Chinese. They have the largest market availability. When you have 1 billion people, there are many demands that need to be met. As well as having many of them getting a western world or western world style of education. So you also have a change in the mindset because of the educated youth.

So in the end the US needs to be watchful economically...OH wait its not...because the Dollar sucks big time right now.

India has a very huge and English educated and talented population.
In time to come the potential for software development is imminent and will really have an edge over USA if the govt,pool their resources to develop the human on there IT area

population - that and every doctor I've seen in Maryland the last two years was from India. They're taking over America one medical practice at a time.

india rules over america now as far as education goes lol. doctors are all from india, all the medicine are from india... america is just dumb, all the intelligent, educated people from america all all born outside of the states
