Can someone please tell me what this possibly is? Am i depressed? or just too stressed? I feel like i have so many problems in my life when it comes to family, and i feel like my boyfriend is the only one who supports me. My mom is always mad at me or my family, my dad is ok but we have our differences too, and i dont really get along with my brother. I feel like everyone in my family is selfish and only do things to their advantage. If i argue with them i start to get really emotional, it gets to the point where i will cry so much that i can't even breathe properly and i have to take really deep breathes to calm down, i also feel my heart beating really fast when im that emotional. It's just something i can't control. I also feel like i cant control my own life; and on top of everything i have ocd but i dont tell anyone because i don't want them to think im nuts or something... So what is this am i depressed or whats going on? and how can i fix this?

HEy if you can see your problem and suspect something you are still normal. =) Don't worry, I have this friend who has ocd too, it was hard to bear, but all of us got used to it and all it takes is just patience and understanding. family problems always arise, I have them too. how you described yourself just reminds me of my friend, and all I can do is really really support her and show her that i'm there. just open up yourself, find more friends to talk to, if they don't see it as how you do, find others. even a perfect stranger who's willing to listen will be fine. take care okay!

I understand some of your pains. However, my parents are divorced, and I always feel stuck in the drama. sometimes when we are emotionally vulnerable we even create a higher drama in our minds and that makes it much worse. Especially since we have no control over the situation. My best advice is to let go of this, and pray your heart out to God and ask him to heal your family. Never take sides, and always be neutral to avoid further conflict. Its always a good idea to talk to a trusted adult, so you have someone that won't judge you when you express your feelings... I pray for you, take care, You're not crazy, we all go through hardships, and its really important to just relax, and everything will take its course.

Sounds like your between the ages of maybe 14-16....and it might be that you have an attitude and that is what is making all this happen.
If that is the case then:
1. you have to realize it
2. you have to change it
3.you get to enjoy being treated differently if you do 1 and 2.
If this isn't the case..then I don't have an anwer for you.

There are many conditions that can cause your symptoms. You could have a Thyroid problem or adrenal gland problem. Both easily treatable.
Get a thorough medical examination before you jump on the depression diagnosis.

Wow... I would say you need someone to talk to. Someone outside friends or family. Try a chat site or a group of some sort. Lots of groups on line to get connected. Moms groups etc.

Just give yourself more time to rest and don't think too much of those problems that happen to you. Just take time to solve your problems and step by step to handle/solve every problems.
