Talk to your brother first because if you want to leave he may want to come with. Never leave him alone. I don't know what your problem is but he might not be happy either. If your mom was good to you before give it a try or talk to someone at your school to help you. Good Luck!!!

No sure what your dad is doing, but do you know how to contact your mother? You need to be aware that the father doesn't usually have the children, unless the mother wanted it that way, or wasn't able to take care of you....so contacting her might not help....but you could always try.

Do you have other relatives that might help you....because if there is a problem with your Dad, someone needs to know so they can be there for you if you need it...someone you can go to...etc. Try to line up someone....so if you need to you can go there....if you have a Pastor of a church...you can confide in him, etc....so he might be able to line up some help for you.

Need more info on your situation.....What do you mean your dad is getting worse and where did your mother go? Did she just take off one night? How was she for a mother? and how old are you and your brother right now?

did your mom leave you? If so, you need to consider that she may not be ready to handle kids.

You say your dad is getting worse... is he drinking or doing drugs? Being abusive? If yes, you need to talk to a grown-up you can trust, and fast. They can help you and your brother

You definatly should. Although it might not seem like it, its a very important thing.
If you are angry at her than you need to forgive her. I know first-hand how hard that is but its better than living with anger. "To disregaurd with no ill will." Thats Webster's difinition of forgiveness. Things will be better if you at least try.

YOU CAN FIND YOUR MOM IF SHE WANTS TO BE FOUND.
ONCE YOU DO FIND HER IS DOES SHE WANT CHILDREN IN HER LIFE.
IF SHE IS MARRIED YOU MAY NOT BE KNOWN AS SHE MAY NOT HAVE SAID SHE WAS MARRIED BEFORE OR HAD CHILDREN?
SIT WITH DAD AND HELP HIM WITH HIS PROBLEMS. EVERY-TIME HE SEE YOU HE SEES ANOTHER HALF THAT IS NO LONGER THERE AND THAT HURTS ALSO. DRIVES A GOOD MAN TO DRINK.
