GOOD GIRL, but the answer is simple.
Liberalism can't thrive without stiffling the people that know the facts.
I'm not saying all liberals lie, but the one's in power seem to. Case and point being the supression of the real war news from Iraq or the way the media bend, twist and cover for the lies democrats have been telling us for the past yaer.
I'm not saying republicans are perfect, but face it, they have the liberal media all over them like stink on poo. They can't afford to make a mistake, because if they do, no matter how little it might be, its blown out of propotion on the next days news.
Meanwhile, humans are human, they make mistakes, absolute power corrupts absolutely...and no one for years have been watching the democrats. They've many time gotten a free ride from the press in general.
Why else would liberals try to try and bring back the fairness doctrine ? Its aimed directly at conservative radio..nothing else.
Why else would Harry Reid and 40 of his democrat buddies sign a letter to Clear Channel trying to shut Rush Limbaugh up ? or at least pressure him.
The only time someone should truely be shut up....in my opinion, is when all sides have been heard, everyone has gotten a fair chance to say their piece, all the information is given to the person in charge to make a decision and that person goes on whining about his advice not being taken.
The decision is made, all participated, shut the whiners up that don't like the outcome. This of course requires a fair leader who will actually give each participant his due and weigh carefully what is said.
Opinions are nice, but too many libs or anti's equate their opinions with facts.

LeighAnn...This actually isn't true. I've heard from others that a certain Anti has said it is but I would suspect that person before you accuse others. As you know a finger pointer often likes to take the spotlight from themselves.

As far as some having other ID's ... who doesn't? I do. I use mine when I answer a question that is probably going to get my account suspended because someone has a bug up their rear for Dog Tricks. It all depends on how you use your extra accounts. Are you giving yourself thumbs up with them or doing it to " get " someone? Or just to protect your main account? I don't...But I know others on BOTH sides who do. They also play both ends of the spectrum to get a rile. That's uncalled for and actually kind of sick.

Also, Your constant references to DM and now Micky are really uncalled for. I've found them to be very nice women once you actually give them a chance. But constantly going at their throats doesn't exactly endear them to your stand on things does it? Talk about childish a mirror might be to your advantage.

This is a hot topic. You need to look at BOTH sides to make a true opinion on it. You also need to understand ALL concerns. We can't just open our Borders and you know it. So please... Start gaining a better perspective and put forth your concerns in a more logical way and maybe we can find a solution that would benefit BOTH sides by being willing to LISTEN. Thank you

I am a huge supporter of Anti ILLEGAL INVADERS, some call them Undocumented Immigrants, but the truth is they are INVADERS of the USA.

But I don't report people for their opinion, everyone here has a right to voice their feelings, but if it's rude, foul or directed towards someone in a rude way, I will report, and olny if it is justified!

It's funny, I see all the Pro Illegals doing alot of the reporting. lol

What everyone needs to understand is that this is a FREE countyr, for CITIZENS and we have the right to voice what we feel. But also, we should do it respectfully. I am guilty myself of saying some harsh things, but it is my passion for my country that sometimes get me going.

My blood boils when I see epople whinning about how some Illegals are treated. The fact s, they are ILLGAL and they in essance have NO right to anything in this country, and yet our government give them handouts instead of sending them home.

Oh puh-leez. This from someone who--in the past when an anti illegal posted the same question--replied "then don't violate the standards and your question or response won't be deleted."

For someone who has a history of throwing around the hypocrite word quite frequently.....
this question reeks.

If you think you are being reported and violated--then don't violate standards OK?

This knife cuts both ways. At least be intellectually and emotionally honest.

How very interesting that you would post such a question. On the contrary and to answer your question so you don't have an excuse to hit that report button(I can just see your fingers twitching now),I find the opposite to be true. Wasn't it you and a certain other poster that was bragging a few months ago about reporting antis no matter what we said simply because we don't share the same opinion as you on illegal aliens? I do believe it was!

You got me good? In what way hon?
Lmao, this reminds me of elementary school!

I suppose during this spin cycle I would have to say the same reason those that support illegal activity report on Pro Americans. It is childish.

2007-11-07 01:19:13 · answer #7 · answered by Fox_America 5 · 4 1

I would say because of all the months upon months of the pro's reporting them for irrelevant reasons. Even if you said absolutely nothing wrong. By the way did you hear that the Ag jobs part of the new amnesty initiative fell on its face too? The American ppl have had it. This time there's gonna be real change. Good for all? I believe so.

Reporting must only be made for those who are really abusing the rules. Better use the thumbs up or down for opposing views.

Yahoo just got in big trouble according to the news I heard tonight. They have taken away freedom of speech, and our government is not happy about it. Yahoo is also in trouble because they divulged names of people to the government of China, and now those people have been arrested. Yahoo is now in the process of trying to find a way to get those people released. Also one of the mothers of the arrested is suing Yahoo. Wonder if Yahoo will do the same (divulge names to the governments) to citizens of other countries, as well as the U.S.
