Do these have the memory built into them? Will I have to buy a separate memory card/stick if I want to do something simple like keep a season of Madden 08?

All others have it right, built in, comes in 40gb, 80gb, and discontinued 60gb and 20gb. You can use memory cards to save things like videos, and downloadable trailers and stuff that you get online. Also you can upgrade the hard drive as it is just a 2.5" S-ATA Hard Drive, same as any laptop hard drive. They make them up to 200gb i think so you can buy one and swap it out. If your looking to buy and wanna know the differences between the models then check out:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_3#Retail_configurations I recommend the 40gb unless you wanna play lots of PS2 games. Hope I helped, :)

The PS3 has the HDD it uses for it's memory, no need for memory cards, sticks, etc...

There is 40GB, 60GB and 80GB versions. There is no such thing as a separate hard drive.
