Ok... if it were the fact of studying other religions I think that would be a good answer, but there are only a couple of you who has really had one.

Sorry if this question has been asked many times before, but your having an awfully hard time answering it for some reason.

It's just a simple question.

Set ... for goodness sake... all I just wanted to know what your intent was...

to put others down... which proves to be just like yourself...

Come on guys...call my whatever you want I could care less... I see now where the true ignorance lies and that's with people who can't even answer a simple question...

Oh, I go to a lot of sections, this is just my favorite one. I like learning about different religions, that's honestly why I'm here. I've studied most of the major ones, so I'm able to answer questions about them just as well as a believer could, most of the time. And you can always learn something new here.

Plus, all the fun people are here. Have you ever been to some of the other sections? Dead boring, most of them. Where else could you have a night of Zilla's? I see Solly still has that avatar. :)

Honest answer... Why are you in R&S if? You don't even believe that discussing religion with Atheists might provide you with a chance to help us see the error in our thinking? You have all the answers with regards to the gods and I'm waiting for one of you to share this knowledge so that I too may join you all in the eternal bliss of heaven. Are you not supposed to share your 'good news' with people like me? Am I not worth your time? Do you feel threatened or repulsed by my being here? Do you even know the meaning of the word spiritual? Does the title R&S begin with the words 'for' or 'against'? This question must get asked ten times per day. It is evidence of theistic ignorance and intolerance.

Addition:

If your intent was to just learn about other religions then you shouldn't have made the uninformed and inflammatory statement, "you don't even believe in an God or anything spiritual for that matter?" If you are seeing where the true ignorance lies then you must be looking in a mirror. Your simple question got the simple answer it deserved and if you feel like you’re in first grade, then that is probably because you really are in first grade.

1) This idiotic question comes up probably several times a day, to the point where we've made a drinking game out of it.

2) And almost always, "atheists" is misspelled in the subject line

3) I post here because I'm quite knowledgeable on the subject of religion, and more than one religion. That's more than I can say for most of the Christians here.

4) Atheists have answers regarding various topics that fall into the broad category of "Religion & Spirituality". This IS the place to post such answers.

We love you poor souls. After all we are Brothers and Sister in mankind. It is pain full to see you all being manipulate by some story writers. Come to your senses and live life without Hope, please. All of you are chasing the wind. Life is so short and to see you being blown away from reality, thus missing all the things of this world, is so sad and pain full. We tried so many times to knock some senses to your simple thinking but you are so stubborn to see the truth. Please wake up from Hope, Dear.

I would if you all just try putting away Hope and Faith for a while and put on Reality and Knowledge to work. See the difference and you will see the truth and light again.

If there were a YA section for business opportunities and I ,as an experieced business person , saw get rich quick schemes such as pyramid schemes being talked up on the board , I would use my knowledge to prevent people from getting sucked into to those falsehoods .

Asked and answered so many, many, many, many times I can't count.

I have a right to be here, I like to answer questions, many that are directed towards atheists. Some people here want to know what atheists think about things. Some may not.

The bottom line is, if I go to the Automobile Section, it doesn't mean I'm a mechanic.
