Just for kicks i have been weighing myself just before and just after my workouts. I have noticed that i have typically lost about 1 lb after every workout. I.e. if X is before workout and Y is after workout X - Y = 1 lb.
I drink about two to three cups of water (300 Ml) during the workout to compensate for all the sweating.
What does this mean? Is there any correlation to the amount of calories i am burning?
I am not worried and i am showing steady weightloss and i know i will gain back the 1 lb loss after eating something, but just wanted to know relevance.

It means you are sweating out approximately 1 pound more than you are drinking.

When I was in Chicago I used to work out in the gym until I lost 8 pounds (1 gallon) In Chicago in the summer that took about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
