MuscleMilk has been out for many years. it's definetly a decent blended protein, there aren't many on the market today as compared to straight whey protein supplements.

blended proteins are optimum for both decreasing body fat and for increasing muscle mass when used properly. they are a all around superior protein vs. straight whey protein fractions.

all protein supplements are healthy, they are derived from milk. basically all of the unnecessary substances are removed during the manufacturing process to make the lowest calorie nutritional supplement possible.

I have had the Muscle Milk Lite. I like it, but the problem is that if you are trying to lose weight, it fills you up and is fairly low calories for how much you get filled up. Try eating more healthy calories like lean meats, skim milk, whole grains, veggies, and healthy fats like olive oil (please don't over do the fats, though).
