Yes they should enforce the law.
They should be legal and eating fritos corn chips.
Not illegal and smoking dope.

Look I am a Citizen and ever time that I break a Law and am caught there are penalties and punishments. Why should Illegals be any different? They are criminals by virtue of being here without lawful authority to be here, so if they encounter a cop they should be punished.

Well, I suppose it would be nice and a novel idea if police actually do their job, why else do we pay them ?
Funny how they won't seemingly lift a finger against those that break the law from another country, but they will sure write out a fast ticket if you cross that double yellow, or go a few MPH faster than you should. I had a car stolen once and they never even bothered to finger print it or proecess anything. I guess stealing cars is no longer a crime =)

this type of regulation will possibly not likely be enforced. while police departments are understaffed, as they many times are, they use the staff on crimes of violence and against human beings. this is kinda like the seat belt regulation in Michigan. for some years human beings have been given tickets for failing to apply their seat belts provided that they have got been stopped for something greater severe. this is in basic terms in cutting-edge times that Michigan desperate to enforce the regulation with out another offense having been committed. this is an argument of priorities. whether, I dare say that if the govt ordered his/her officers to enforce the anti-caffeine regulation, an officer may be in deep doodoo if he/she refused to do it. this is referred to as insubordination.

Yes and those students that were protesting are seriously not getting the education they should be. That student had drugs on him and his parents happened to be illegal aliens. They were arrested, it is a crime to have illegal drugs and be an illegal alien. What don't some people get already.
