If you have dual citizenship to another country use their passport to enter Cuba. You can go though Jamaica to enter Cuba. Air Jamaica as a non-stop flight to Havana.

You can get to Cuba from Mexico City. They have a flight from there to Cuba.
You can also boat out to Cuba from Florida or Mexico.
There are plenty of ways to get to Cuba. Sadly if you get caught its prison time for violating the embargo we have on Cuba.

I've got a costomer that goes to Cuba on a regular basis for business... He just flies through mexico. He's white, so I know he's not a citizen. I can ask my barber, he's Cuban...
