I need your opinion. I & my bfriend want marriage but I keep postpone because my family have problem (I’m not rice family).So my bfriend worried because we haven’t any confirmation so he decide to make affianced. The problem is I don’t know how to ask my father to approve that because I the second siblings but I only already working. All my 6 siblings still study. So can you all give the best way or solution..thanks

You should talk to your father about this, and your boyfriend should come for support. Maybe speak to your mother first fo some advice? Or both you and your boyfriend should invite both yours and his parents for dinner to openly discuss your intentions.

Have your boyfriend ask for your hand in marriage from your father. Best if your boyfriend is formal about the whole thing. It shows that he respects your family. I don't think that your parents would oppose you since you are already working.

well from the Christian religious perspective it's typically the tradition for the boyfriend to ask his girlfriends' father for his permission to marry his daughter
you sound like you might be from an area where traditions are different from those so i don't know but maybe that'll give you some ideas - you could ask your guy to ask your dad - and then your dad would know for sure
and who knows, it might end up being a nice memorable bonding experience for the three of you

Just be stright forward on telling him about your marriage plans after all your Mom and Dad went through it at one time.
