Well since I am a female this is a very unrealistic goal. However, I would think that super-glueing your mouth shut would help! Just a thought. No, I am kidding. When you are exercising, make sure you do it for a good hour or more. You body does NOT start burning fat until after 20 minutes of a good workout.

Exercise at least 15 minutes a day, if possible more. Eat a recommended amount of calories daily, you can find different charts on the Internet. But proper diet and exercise will do it. Dietary supplements are not nutritional and will only cause problems later on in life.
