Caffeine content varies depending on what Aspirin tablet you have.

Painkillers containing Paracetamol or Aspirin usually contain low to medium levels of caffeine from 7 mg but not more than 30 mg per tablet. (That is roughly equivalent to a caffeine contained in a half cup of instant coffee or tea drink or a glass of a cola drink.)

{Caffeine is usually added as it is a vasoconstrictor which can help with vascular headaches. Few sources states that caffeine can increase the action of painkillers by about 40%.}

Those Aspirin that contain 30 mg or more as a combination are including caffein in its ingredients list (for example Norgesic or Orphengesic) so you will know how much caffeine it contains by checking on its label.

There are also Aspirin such as low dose chewable Aspirin that are caffeine-free. They are clearly specifying that it is CAFFEINE-FREE so that will be easily understood that it does not contain any caffein.
