WHEN YOU DELETE FILE IT GOES TO RECYCLE BIN
IF YOU EMPTY (DELETE) RECYCLE BIN IT MEANS THAT
FROM THAT POINT ON WINDOWS STOPS MAKING ANY REFERENCE TO THAT FILE ANY MORE MEANING WITH WINDOWS ONLY FORGET IT - DATA IS STILL ON YR HARD DRIVE UNTIL IT BECOMES OVERWRITTEN BY SOME OTHER FILE BUT WINDOWS HAS NO ANY REFERENCE TO IT SO YOU CAN'T SEARCH FOR IT ANY MORE

look in system restore it should bring u back a couple of days to where u were if u turned it off then ur screwed i have a external hard drive where u connect it from a usb cord it looks like a mini tower , they work better cuz it leaves ur computer fresh and empty while u still have all ur stuff they only cost like 60 bucks and they are like 320 gb capacity they work really well give that a try

download a free program called PCI File Recovery from
http://www.pcinspector.de/ works great if it can be recovered this program will do it.

there is this software called "recover my files" it will recover any deleted file when you serch for also try file scavenger it does the same job

Once it has been deleted and removed from the recycle bin, it's pretty much gone.
