The Bible really does not say anything specific about where the antichrist will come from. Many Bible scholars speculate that he will come from a confederacy of ten nations and/or a reborn Roman empire (Daniel 7:24-25; Revelation 17:7). Others see him as being a Jew since he would have to be in order to claim to be the Messiah. It is all just speculation since the Bible does not specifically say where the antichrist will come from or what race he will be. One day, the antichrist will be revealed. 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 tells us how we will recognize the antichrist, "Don't let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God's temple, proclaiming himself to be God."

Questions like these make me wonder. Has anyone stopped to look for the anti-christ in the Bible?

1 John 2:18
Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour.

1 John 2:22
Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a man is the antichrist—he denies the Father and the Son.

These verses clearly show that the antichrists are the people who are anti Christ.

So yes, there are antichrists in Italy. There are also antichrists in the States, Canada, England, etc.

The Bible is definitely rather sparkling on abortion: "And if adult adult males attempt at the same time, and injury a woman with toddler, so as that her fruit go away, and yet no injury persist with, he would be actually fined, in accordance by using fact the female's husband shall lay upon him; and he shall pay by using fact the judges make certain." (Exodus 21:22) The punishment for homicide interior the Bible is dying. yet inflicting a woman to miscarry is basically a great. And the passage follows with the aid of asserting that "if any injury does persist with" - meaning if the female is harmed (by using fact the fetus is already lost) - then the punishment is "a watch for a watch, a the teeth for a the teeth" - actual punishment that suits the severity of the crime. And as yet another answerer suggested, interior the regulations dealing with infidelity, a woman charged with adultery replaced into given a drink that would reason her to abort if the charges have been genuine (Numbers 5:11-29). So a minimum of in accordance to the OT regulations, abortion replaced into seen as proper to the comparable as assets injury on a wrongness scale. that's no longer a impartial difficulty - that's nevertheless punishable - yet no longer as homicide. The Christian concept of life initiating at theory - and it somewhat is a Christian concept, no longer a conventional one shared with the aid of all religions - is definitely rather new. It replaced into introduced with the aid of Pope Pius IX in 1869. yet you will by no skill get a Christian to settle for any of this, for the reason that they suspect they are no longer certain with the aid of the OT regulations, so i'm afraid i've got wasted it slow.

There is nothing in the Bible to that effect whatsoever. That nonsensical theory is just the result of anti-Catholic bigotry.
