The term Christian refers to a Christ centered life, therefore when you ask " a Christian can do as "he" pleases" you are announcing a "selfcentered life" and that is something that everyone is capable of doing and its our own decision to do it, so its very easy to say YES, you are able, capable, free to do it, i'm not going to say that for doing it you loose your salvation or you don't. I think salvation should not be your main focus, but "GRACE" once you understand grace, its like, why try to go back to the place where you almost die? its not gonna be any better, in fact its gonna be worse because the Holy spirit will challenge you to do GOd's will and not "your" will. So if you move by Grace you will be challenged to do God's will, and thats something pretty hard if you are away from God's advice.

No. Because the cost of eternal life and salvation that God offers all of us is to live a life as Jesus did, in service and humility. If you know all this as a christian and still choose to do selfish deeds (yes, all the 7 deadly sins are essentially for self pleasure or gain), you will not be saved. So there is no "once saved" bull. Salvation is a continuous journey. Kind of like an annual renewable membership. Some choose not to renew.

You could as you want. However there are laws that you will be breaking for the stealing and that would put you in jail. So try to use the defense that your a christian and see if you get off! When your sitting in jail for 3-5 years you will have the time on your hands to think about it.

No matter WHAT religion you are or aren't, you should still have the decency NOT to do these things anyway. If you don't, you don't deserve to be a part of society, simple as that.
Religion doesn't come into the equation, either you are a good person or you are not.

As a Christian we have to take up and bear our crosses daily. We are to try our hardest to keep the commandments, and once you become a Christian the want to do most of these things (with some dedication) leaves. I don't do as I please, because God's will is so much better than mine could ever be.
God Bless.

No, you are suppose to walk to the walk. But no one is perfect but if you are doing things like stealing, for example, God may do something to try to bring you back to him. For instance, maybe you'll get arrested and go to jail?

as a child of God, there are rules to abide as oppose to the children of the world that will do as he please/s.
Set a good example. dont let your christianity be of words only, justify it thru your works.
God Bless

No, God expects you to follow his rules. He understands that we mess up now and then, but he would frown upon us deliberately sinning thinking we could ask forgiveness later. He knows your heart.
