I have hair right now that's about and inch to an inch and a half past my shoulders. My friend's mother just cut my hair; she made it a bit shorter in the front, and straightened it. I have a smaller forehead, and a very round face. Would bangs look okay? If not, what about layers? What kind? I've had the same hair for like 7 years.

NO Bangs , since you have a small forehead you don't want bangs, Layers would be awesome, layers r really in right now. I would Do a lot of choppy layers just make sure you don't go super short with the layers. And do some framing around the face, that will hide the round nest of your face

No bangs. Bangs are for bigger foreheads. All you'll do is make your face appear rounder. Cutting layers in your hair makes the hair appear longer, and if you have a round face thats exactly what you want.

Side bangs that go below your eyebrows would look really cute! I wouldn't get straight-across bangs because that might make your forehead look really small. The side bangs wouldn't and hey... CUTE! You would also probably look cute with layers. Short ones. It would be cute! (again) lol
Hope this helped and good luck with your hair cut! :)

NO TO THE BANGS THING.

CUT IT FROM FRONT TO BACK ALONG THE JAW LINE AND STRAIGHT ACROSS AT HAIRLINE AT NECK.

CURL UNDER WITH IRON.
