It might be just the stress you're passing through.
Calm down, think about nice things, people who you love/like and pleasant things.
Take a stroll, eat Hagen Dazs, munchies you like, visit someone you trust, write a letter, anything to cheer you up.

Yes stress can make you throw up your hair fall out lose or gain weight all kinds of negative things come from stress.
Try to focus on calming down get plenty of rest drink lots of water especially if you just threw up you could be getting dehydrated. Eat a few crackers. You need to take care of yourself. We all go through phases of depression that is normal if you linger to long in depression you will need to seek help from a doctor. Good luck

Stress can cause an upset stomach very easily. If this continues I would contact a doctor. What began with an upset stomach for me resulted in panic attacks from stress. I hope you are ok. But don't worry just yet.

You could be sick and not realize it. If you have been sick for a few days, go see your doctor right away. He may check for other illnesses, and if not, he (or she) may recommend counseling or Zoloft.
