a kid is supposed to sleep 8-9 hours but some people sleep more or less. It depends on yourself like if you're sleepy and tired and worn out that day. sleep is good for you so if you can, you should sleep more than 8-9 hours a day! :]

i get less then 6 hrs of sleep daily but u should get 8 hrs of sleep

I think I should be getting 8-10, but on weeknights I usually get 6-7... More often it's 6... On weekends, I get like 12-13! I'm not sure if that is normal...

An adult is supposed to get 8-9 hours of sleep. for kids it is more.

i get about 10. i dont have to work till night so i sleep in as late as i want.
