I think breakfast is my favorite meal, whether I fix it for supper for an AM breakfast. Here goes---homemade sausage gravy and made from scratch biscuits, crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, hashbrown potatoes and if it's in the summer time a fresh sliced tomato from my garden. For me and my husband it doesn't get much better than that.

Homemade Egg Mac Muffins! My husband makes his own English muffins. He lightly toasts them and puts on European butter (unsalted). He fries an egg, over hard, puts it on the bottom half of the muffin. Adds a slice of Canadian bacon, and tops it with a slice of cheddar cheese. Places in under the grill long enough to melt it. Then places the top on the muffin.
Serve OJ and coffee with it.

Wow, that's pretty tough, but I would have to say an omelet with sourdough toast, hash browns and ketchup to top it off. Now I'm hungry!! OH! Don't forget Hot Chocolate!
