Among the people who cross the roads are blind men and women. Will it be appropriate if governments all over world build special bridges for the blind along with the normal bridges so that it becomes easier for them to reach the other end with much ease?

Sounds all warm and fuzzy. Except, the government won't pay for all these bridges, people's taxes will.

no ya, its impossible to build seperate bridge for blind people, but only thinf is everyone in this world should help them with humanity.

It is better idea, but the implementation is very difficult with Govt. Funds.

it will be a foolish solution.
there are persons who can not, hear,walk,,judge,or/and others who do not even know where to go.so how are we going to solve such problems? best wayout is to design things for normal(?) persons and help out when somebody needs help.

It is a valid concept, but I don't think it will ever happen.
It would be too difficult to carry out.
