Life is like a dirt road. As it is traveled, it becomes full of ruts. It grows more and more difficult to get out of the ruts. After a long period of time, the ruts become so deep that it is well nigh impossible to get out of them.

if he was in his right mind, he then did and believed then he would't have killed himself he would have stood for the punishment he deserved. IF when standing before the throne of God.... i don't know and can't claim to know. i do know that Scripture dictates there are some sins that are forgiven in this life and some in the next. it also states of lives will be tested by fire..... i have a feeling if he did repent there was a lot of fire for the testing ; )

this is what is scary about those that believe in the once saved, always saved. he made committments to God when he was of age and yet he turned his back on God and all that he was taught through his young life. he was a vile creature - i can't even stoop to call him a man or lump him in with the male gender - i have too much respect for them.

this is where, as a Catholic, i know that God is my Father and Jesus Christ my Lord and Saviour. I thank God for the wonderful teachers He has brought into my life to show me daily/weekly through the scriptures teachings in the mass just how Christ intends for my life to revolve around Him and how i am to live (aka "do") according to His teachings.

If hitler saw his sin, understood that he was a sinner, repented, acepted that Christ died on the cross for his sins, was burried and three days and three nights later arose from the dead to insure his eternal life, then yes he could have been saved. However, did he or would he? Not likely, but not impossible. Jesus died to pay the sin debt, not just for a few he wanted to hang around, but for ALL mankind, even hitler, stalin, bin laden, (insert evil monster name here), The bible says that ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God. It aslo says in Rom 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. He paid for the sins Hitler commited on the cross, just like he paid for yours and mine. It was up to hitler to trust in Christs sacrifice.

He was the mastermind behind the deaths of at least 6 million people, he also plunged the world and all of its inhabitants into a world war that caused much pain and suffering, and yet at the end of his life (self chosen end) he didnt even have respect for his own life, and chose to end his life on his terms. He was a dictator who chose only those around him with simular standards of belief, so it is very unlikely that he chose to repent in any meaningful way.....he showed his violent nature right to the end with even his own blood on his hands. God sees into the heart and minds of people, but with his actions alone it would be dificult to asume he had any real intent on repentance.

A lot of people would choke on the idea, but that is the way it works. Just ask the thief who asked Jesus to remember him in the kingdom.

Despite that, I doubt Hitler had repentance on his mind at the end.

Only God knows, he is the Judge, it's not for us to know and determine where he goes. Cos, we all will go through the same thing when our time is up. but if he repent, i would say he will, just like the robber who hung on the cross with Jesus, he accept Jesus before he died, so i say yes. but then all judgement is made by God, only he knows...

Only God the Father would know - not anyone here - he was a sinner like anyone else...but being that he killed himself, it's not likely he repented- otherwise he would have wanted to tell the world of his horrible mistakes of judgement.

Hello there,

Hope this Hadiths will answer your question.

IF someone who have greatly Sinned.

On the authority of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: I heard the
Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) say:

Allah the Almighty said:
O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you. O son of Adam, were you to come to Me with sins nearly as great as the earth and were you then to face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly
as great at it.

It was related by at-Tirmidhi (also by Ahmad ibn Hanbal). Its chain of authorities is sound.
