Depends on what is believed in. Personally I would be more concerned with people who may act irrational, rather then what they believe or disbelieve.

I am a christian and I would have to say the non belliever is more rational as they believe what they can see only. The believer believes in what he can see and what cannot be seen by the eye. Doesn't make any sense - really. I choose to believe anyway.

Depends on the person...but usually the non-believer, since he/she needs rational proof before believing in anything.

Given any single believer, there are FAR more non-believers. I.e. there are more people that don't believe in your specific god, than do believe in your god.

Now, if you mean "Which is more rational, a theist or an a non-theist", I'd have to go with non-theist.

Theistic arguments are ALL a product of ignorance; (Ie Argument ad Ignorantium), because I do not know how such a complex universe came to be, god must exist.

It's a generalizing question that is effectively without merit. I know plenty of atheists who are rational about the supernatural but insane fools in every other area of life, while I know Christians who are believers in ancient myths without rhyme or reason but who otherwise function logically.

Read the Quran with an open mind. You are bound to become a believer in the RIGHT WAY.

Both. If you believe or not that doesn't make you more rational.

In who or what you have your faith, that's only your choice, but how you act in your life that can be measure by less or more "rational".

Believer!
We are taught that it is not rational to have faith, that we should question and doubt everything!
What is rational about that?!
