Well, yeah. Any age can. But you cannot LEGALLY move out of your parent's house until the age of 18, UNLESS you are going to college, or have graduated high school.

Yup you can if you can show that you are responsible enough to live on your own....
Keep your job
not being late on ur rent or w.e
keep paying ur bills in time
etc etc.
