Almost all of my co-workers are Chistians. I won't name my profession, it's not something common(no we aren't lawyers) We have great customer service, that's why we're more expensive that anyone else and we're a Christian ran family owned and operated company who has thousands of people working for us across the United States. We make good money at what we do...our job is basically to lie to people, the job decription is against almost all Christian values, there are some things that we allow to go on that breaks the law. How can a Christian do this?

It's also funny because our customers are die hard Christians too. When I'm in meetings with them one minute they're sweet loving people who you wish you could be like, preaching the word of God talking about how he's blessed their lives so much...and the next they are on the phone with someone chewing their head off with no respect in their voice what-so-ever.....exactly what my co-workers do and I have come to expect it.

People can be jerks whether they are Christians or not.

To say and preach one thing and to do another (or the exact opposite) is hypocrisy. It is an utmost shame when hypocrisy is committed in the name of God. There is nothing more damaging for Christianity and a Christian who does not do what they preach. Atheists are not born out of the blue. They are pushed away from God by such Christians. Why they do it? God knows. Religion can be easily used for power, it's a business these days. Truly sad and shameful. Why they act this way? Because they chose to act this way and it's humanly, wordly rewarding. They chose to act this way because it profits them in this world, that's as simply as I can imagine anyone can put it. If it means anything to you and to anyone else, as a Christian, I ask your forgiveness for them, as I consider them my brothers and sisters and I pray that you pray for them and that God willing you muster up courage to even let them know how you feel. God bless you and I am sorry that Christians have let Christ and others down yet again

Christians aren't perfect. Sounds like you are being
judgmental. Christians are subject to all the flaws and
failings that you find among everyone in our society. Do
you expect Christians to be any different? The only real
difference is, Christ died for all our imperfections, even
yours, and Christians gratefully acknowledge this. I'm
sorry that you are stuck in a job you don't enjoy. Maybe
you should try something else. Take care.

You know, I am sorry about the situation you are in. I am not one to cast judgement, but the Bible says not everyone that shouts, "Lord, Lord" is a true Christian. If you feel the company is immoral, you should bring that up to your supervisor. If that doesn't help, I'd look elsewhere. Not all Christians are like this. We must realize that everyone makes mistakes and falls...even Christians. We have all sinned and fallen short of God's glory, but we should strive to live a holy life that would make others want to serve our precious Saviour. There is a song that I think of which says:
You can get down on me, but don't get down on Jesus.
Just call it MY fault if my life is dim.
Because His word is still true, and His grace is sufficient.
So, if I stumble, don't blame it on Him.

Sounds like you and your co-workers are not truly Christians. The word Christian is used widely these days.I suggest you get your heart right with God and find a new job.

Not sure what to say. You just have to remember that just because someone is Christian it doesn't make them perfect. I'm sure I have turned people off of the Lord before. I hope I will never do it again, but I'm sinfull and not perfect. I don't always practice what I preach, I want to but its not always easy.

There are Christians, and there are people who claim to be Christains. They do every and anything they want, and think it will be okay, cause the go to church..and put a little extra$$$
in the offering plate.on Sunday...but you'd want to avoid them Monday through Saturday; for sure. Hippocrates's..all kinds..all ways...every day..except Sunday!

It doesn't mean they are not Christians. What it means is they are failing the test that God is giving them.... will they choose the right thing at the cost of their job.

Because they are still human and no one is perfect. Anyone can lie and still be a part of a religion, or no religion for that matter.
