Your natural skin tone and your natural hair color, already match. For this reason, I wouldn't stray too far from your natural color, maybe just warm it up, or highlight it, or add some richness to the color.
On the other hand, sometimes a little more contrast than God gave you is okay. Pale skin and really dark hair can be very striking, just keep makeup natural during this phase of your look so you don't look like a member of the Addams Family. Pale skin and red or strawberry tones will give you that fiery Irish look, complement with warm makeup tones and clothing for that warm autumn look, you will look like a natural beauty. The only color I would avoid with pale skin is blonde, which is hard to warm back up, you look washed out.
My suggestion is that you should use semi-permanent color, which doesn't penetrate the whole hair shaft. It just kind of sits on top of the hair and washes out after a few weeks. This will help you avoid that stark root line. By the time you need a touchup, the color will be gone and you can either pick a new one or do the same color over, or leave it natural.
I quit coloring my hair because of the root lines. They actually make my gray stand out more, and they make me look older than going gray alone, it is very obvious that I color my hair. I suppose this has me thinking about doing it again, choosing less permanent color.

I Like The FIrst One Better. And If Your Pale I Would Go With A Ligh Color So Your Skin Wouldn't Look Any More Pale.

I would most defiantly go with Alexis Bledel's hair color. My sister is the same way, very pale and bright eyes. She has dyed her hair reddish, darker color, and it looks very nice. I would get it professionally done the first time because you don't want it turning out to have a blue tint. Good luck! Also keep in mind that you want to stick to a natural looking color, not a fake one.

Definitely, go for it. I think you'd look adorable. What is your hair color now? I think you should add some soft highlights to a color like Alexis's or Mandy's. Maybe a little auburn? Good luck.

i think of it rather is slightly too mild. Ur very quite. And if u do not provide a crap approximately what I say, here's a tip: in the experience that your hair is darker then the colour, determine you verify the standards to work out the way it somewhat is going to finally end up or basically get a lighter coloration.

I think i would go a natural looking blonde with warm honey highlights. With your skin tone this would look great. It would also bring out your eyes.
