If a person was born in a place say.. canada but is a french citizen also cause of his parents, that person is canadian and french or canadian with french nationality?

I don't know the legal technicalities, but, IMHO, the parents are responsible for the child, and it's nationality should be whatever best protects thier parental rights.

That is called "dual citizenship.." you are a citizen of both countries.
