ven = come (informal)(tu)
venga = come (formal)(usted)
it is called the Imperative (imperativo) tense

vengas is 'you come' in spanish, but it not a command.

The correct phrase would be "ven aqui" or "ven aca". This is a command or in spanish they call it a mandato.

hi,

it better to say: -→ ven = (come here)
----------------------→ vengate (is like take revenge)
----------------------→ vengas not very common

You didn't mention whether you are using the tú, vos, usted, or ustedes forms...

tú -> ven
vos -> vení
usted -> venga
ustedes -> vengan
vosotros -> ? I'm not sure... I speak a dialect that doesn't use vosotros forms.
