I do, I do! It is very flavorful, very cheap, fresh only!!

I use it for pico de gallo, which I make very well, if I do say so myself.

I also use it on sandwiches and salads. So much more flavorful than lettuce, but I add lettuce, too...for the crunch.

I don't usually use cilantro in cooked food. That is when I use flat leaf parsley.

Another fav...esp in Italian sauces...fresh basil.

Me, too! Everything tastes better with cilantro! I learned to use it when we were in Venezuela. Apparently, they've used for years in the southwestern states. I now grow it in my garden. If you use too much, I've learned, the hard way, your foods can take on a somewhat soapy taste.

I used to like it in the salsa at the little cafe'. I have really grown to completely dislike the taste. Weird, but it's very soapy tasting to me.
