i usually go to the gym but tomorrow i'm going to workout at home. i'm going to do a bellydance video and then maybe a pilates abs video or just sit-ups and crunches. and then i'm going to jump rope. this may last up to an hour.
today i spent a half an hour weight lifting and half an hour or cardio.

i meant "of cardio" not "or cardio".

Sounds good. I too usually go to the gym, to work out but this is one of those days that I worked out at home. I did 30 minutes, on my stationary bike. I plan on doing 20 minutes of weight lifting. I walked a couple of miles this morning. So, like you I too think I had a good workout today.

good enough, that is my favourite exercise, its very effortless to do bend over, seize your ankles, pull down your pants, and allow Dr. D.B. do the leisure as for meals, you might check out consuming my C0CK
