I weigh 217 and im 6 feet tall if i burn 3200 calories everyday how long will it take for me to reach my goal weight of 180?

weight as in the combination of fat and muscle

to lose fat you only need to create a slight caloric deficit by decreasing the caloric intake and increasing the level of activity. you only need a 500 calorie a day deficit to accomplish this. this isn't one of those times when "more" is better.

the goal is to lose body while preserving as much muscle mass as possible...
