Do you really think that God sends everyone to hell which don't believe how you do?
Take for example this.......Your probably in a warm house right now, had a good meal, and are protected from the elements, with a loving family and friends
......Now think of a person in a poor part of Africa, starving, seeing war and family deaths left and right, hasn't ate in days and has a fatal disease with no hope of a cure.
Do you think God will just suck that person down into the pit of hell forever once they die?
Even when Mother Theresa was at the deathbed of some Hindus she said..."You pray to your God and I'll pray to mine." Don't you think God is more understandable and considerate than most people make him out to be?

No, I don't really think that. Not ever Christian believes that non-Christians are going to hell. In fact, the majority of Christians reject that notion. Don't let a vocal minority color your understanding of such a large religion. At least base your opinions on the majority opinion among Christians.

Hi RockaStar,
One of the reasons that we are all still hear is that God wants US to spread the word of Him and his giving of his only son to die for us so that all our sins are forgiven. Part of our journey on this earth is to help others find salvation. NO- God does not send those who have never known him to Hell like so many you speak of in 3rd world countries. Now, as for Mother Theresa's saying that to him...I don't believe she would say that, even as a Roman Catholic...I don't know what religion she is do you?
Also when you have the basics down then you will be able to start getting into the meat of things...and you will see that there are levels of the fiery pit. Not everyone is punished in the same exact way...as God is a just God.
Yes, He is a very loving and understanding God, who shows amazing Grace and Mercy. He is all good and can not even look upon sin! God Bless!

Hell, eternal death, isn't a matter of sending but of choosing. No one, especially a loving God, is interested in sending innocent souls to hell, especially those who have had no opportunity to hear about Jesus.
Eternal happiness with God is promised to all those who sincerely try to live good lives, and who repent when they make mistakes. They're always, always forgiven and taken back.
Eternal death is the result of deliberate and unrepented serious sin. It's totally the choice of the sinner. Mother Theresa was wise enough to know that the main question when we die won't be what we believe, but how did we love.

God Is a loving god. but it also says that he is a just God. I think that as long as you have an oppurtunity to hear about christ and his gift of salvation. you were given the chance to go to heaven. If you turn that offer down, you are denying christ and sending yourself to hell. I am sure mother theresa preached the gospel and didn't encourage it when they wouldn't listen. But God is love and offers eternal life in heaven to everyone even the poor families who have nothing but pain and death. all around them. Check out these verses in the bible. Romans 3:16, Romans6:23, Romans 5:8 John 14:6, phillipians 4:19 talks about how god supplies our needs. But he cannot do that if you don't recieve him as savior.

Creation tells of the true Creator, the God of the Bible. Those who seek Him will find Him. He makes Himself known to them. He sent His Son to show the way. He is considerate and very compassionate, but He must be just.He cannot break His perfect standards, or He wouldn't be perfect. That would be like a judge who breaks the law for some when the laws were posted and a perfect example is given to follow. Somebody must pay for the crime. The good part is that Jesus took that punishment.

I believe God's mercy is greater than the old testament gives Him credit for.
If God has a relaxed standard then man's compromise is greater away from the life style God wants us to live.
It is a line of compromise of sin and the way God wants us to live that I am not willing to take a chance on. God gave us His word and that is the How to for Smarties and the way of the world is the risk takers.
I will serve the Lord. Choice made and salvation sure
thanks for asking your question

God doesn't send anyone to Hell; people send themselves. Hell was not a place for people. It was made for the fallen angels. Those who do not accept God's gift of salvation are rejecting it. Souls are sent to Hell because God does not allow sin in his presence. So why not be cleansed with salvation? It's your choice. Accept or reject.

Every single person who is mentally capable or has reached the age of understanding has the choice of believing in God and spending eternity with him OR not believing in him and spending eternity separated from him. All others are immediately brought into the presence of God. GOD BLESS!!

If you're using America as an example, then explain why the richest people in this country are the ones who embrace the most vices (Paris Hilton for example). Regardless of whether or not you believe in God and Jesus it's awfully hard to see any correlation between people's behavior in this life and their financial success or failing.
