I normally go back to the last place I remember being.

Seriously, I read the Scripture. I take time to meditate, to pray, to try to understand that which maybe I had not previously understood...I call friends who can tell me what they have noticed...I get into music of the spirit...Recreation, alot of other things, and I just give it time, something I did not always do, knowing I will come out of it in time.
