You can worship God from a church, from a valley, from a mountaintop, from the wilderness, in your own home, etc. There is no necessity to go to church weekly if you have Christ in your heart and you still devote time to worship outside of church.

No, no, no, no and no. We don't HAVE to go to church. If someone believes they have to go to church they are under the thumbs of legalism. I don't have time for legalism and having some "person" tell me I have to go to church. God wants us to go because we want to worship in that fashion. He doesn't want us to go because we feel guilty. Free will is what it is all about. Church doesn't make a Christian. The way you live, act and treat people 24/7 is what makes you a Christian or not.

You don't HAVE to go to church, God doesn't require it. Of course you can still believe in God, worship him etc if you don't go to church often. It's all about faith, such as you could just read the bible, pray and worship God at home, there's no problem with that. Although church is a wonderful place to go when you need more strength in God, you don't HAVE to go.

God does require that we congregate together to encourage one another.
But I also go because I love what I learn from Bible truths.
Of course you can stay home and believe, but as for worship, well you need to be surrounded by a Christian Congregation to worship with strength, especially now, Times are difficult for Christians and will get worse. We need each other to encourage and lean on in this time in Earths History

Of course not. I worship God 24/7 wherever I am. But regular church attendance is important. If you don't need help there are plenty of people that need yours.
Hbr 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some [is]; but exhorting [one another]: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

You don't "HAVE" to go to Church...but we are told in Hebrews:
Heb 10:25 You should not stay away from the church meetings, as some are doing, but you should meet together and encourage each other. Do this even more as you see the day coming. NCV
It's good to be around like minded people!

No. We don't have to go to church at all to be a Christian, but it is a good idea to worship and fellowship with like-minded believers. God does not require it to get to heaven. Only the belief in Jesus Christ can get you to heaven.

you should. Whether we say God requires it or not, is unimportant. Hear his word and worship him as often as you can. Going to church every week is not that bad. On judgement day, woul dyou rather find out for the hard way that you did need to?

I worship God but I do not attend church anymore. I dont feel guilty and my relationship with God has become even stronger....I think its a personal journey and the choice should always be left to you.

Do I have to? Maybe not, but let's look at it a different way. I GET to go to church every week. It is a privilege to worship God with other believers.
"Do not neglect meeting..." the Bible tells us.
