make a bunch of tiny buns all over the top of your head with a small curl sticking up out of each one, then spike the bangs.

You should wear a ponyhawk like Sanjaya did on AI. =] It's amazingly cool, and some think it's weird. But it's mostly cool.

add streaks of bold colors, like blue, fuscia,purple,green, etc. I think that's really cute on girls with curly hair
