Yes, I served stateside during the Vietnam era. I was a pediatrician at a USAF hospital, caring for military dependents. Had to treat adults in the ER on days that I was MOD (Medical Officer of the Day), and go in the ambulance to the flight line when there was a crash call. Usually such incidents were minor, very fortunate since all aboard the planes were over eighteen.

you will get any license you elect at an identical time as in the militia, however the militia would not pay for all licensing. this may be something to do on your very own and out of your very own pocket, yet you will get FAA certification in airplane engine restoration paid for the time of the militia. you additionally can do an apprenticeship application for the time of the militia and doubtless upward thrust as much as journeyman certification throughout your enlistment.
