No, you will have to add some cardio to help burn the fat. You might have a hard time getting those flat abs if you've had a C-section(s).

No. It is not possible to spot reduce fat. What this means is that you can not do situps to lose fat on your stomach. You can not do squats to lose weight on your legs etc.

Find yourself a good weight loss workout regimen and take it from there.
