which one should i get and why i like a good storyline and great online

Both, seriously you can't afford to miss either. I can't choose, I was always gonna get COD4 and I heard about haze not too long ago, first I was like ehhhhh, but then I researched more and more and its great, I think COD4 will be more critically acclaimed but not by much (Its getting 9.4/10, I think Haze will be around 9.2/10) So if you really have to pick COD4 but don't limit to one, get em both!

I think you should get Haze first because it's a PS3 exclusive. I don't know anything about the storylines for these games right now, but I like the way Haze looks though. I'll definately be getting Haze when it comes out.
Call of Duty 4 also looks like a good shooter too, but you have to buy a PS3 exclusive shooter first and then pick up a non-exclusive shooter second. I think that Haze will look a lot better on the PS3 because it's a exclusive title.

Story wise I bet Haze will be better.
In the reviews of COD 4 they said the single player mission take about 6 hours to complete. COD 4's main focus is multiplayer online. ITS AWESOME !!!

i have watched the review on www.gametrailers.com. It's amazing.
U should see for ur self.
But if can afford one more, then HAZE will not dissapoint you.

i snuck out of work and went to go buy it like 2 hours ago haha. now im just waiting to go home to play it.
